Hi kids, just about to head home, going to Kates berry farm on the way. Absolutely stuffed, air bed deflated both nights! Caught a Makoshark this morning that was over 2 metres long and weighed close to 150 kilos and 3 large rays and a small one that stung dad. Very very painful.

Grammar and punctuation are all my mother's. Sorry Pammiloo.

Ok. Have to say that Dom is a funny drunk.
He has an opinion on EVERYTHING - and not always terribly accurate.

But, there was Pirates of the Caribbean and widowrose's SUPER strong, fluroescent cocktails so it may just have been worth it.

It's been...5 days since I got back from Melbourne. And part of me wishes I was still there because i LIKE holidays and best friends and having fun. A bigger part of me says thank christ I left on Tuesday night BEFORE the 40+ degree heatwave hit.

Left ladyfucsia there to fend for herself before winging her way to sunny Adelaide. Sorry babe. You know I would have loved to have stayed and hung out more. Alas, WORK is a hard mistress. Besides. I now have no money.

I want to go back and see Billy Elliott and Wicked again. I'm convincing my mum to come over with me before Billy finishes in June. By then I should have more money. They were both simply breathtaking, heartbreaking, sweet and beautiful. I think Pammy and I both cried a little and not just because Pam's eyeliner was running...

God, the talent of these people. If only I was a fraction as good as they all are...

It was good to catch up with X again. Albeit very briefly. He's such a genuine guy, you know. And so funny. Watching him as Mr. Braithwaite in B.E. was such a crack up. That role is such a great follow on from Pumbaa and really cementing him a place as a fantastic comedic theatre performer.

A Woman of No Importance rehearsals start in, like, a week. Looks like i've really got to start getting of my ass and learning some lines! And auditions for Miss Saigon have been advertised for late Feb. Combined with Dido and Anaeus, there is just so much to do and so little time to fit it all in. But that's ok. Who needs a life, right...?

Whoa.

Drank 3 BIG cups of coffee before noon yesterday and ended up with a SLIGHT headache.

May slow it down a little today I think.

Um, so. Am at Pammiloo's new, new house in BP. Am liking this. Pam cooked me dinner and made dessert after she made me sing 40 minutes of vocal excercies. Then for fun we sang REALLY bad duets (and some good ones).

Tis now 10.27. P-loo is setting up Miss Lucy's internets.

Am considering leaving soon as must get up at 5.30am to go swimming in the morning. Then work. Gah.

On the plus, plus side. Only 2 more sleeps til we hit Melbs and see Wicked AND Billy Elliot!
OMG YAYS.

Yes, that's 4 days and 4 night to play in Melbourne, with, granted, not that much money, but we're resourceful. I'm sure we'll make it work to our best advantage.

ladyfuchsia has been leaving some very UN-subtle hints about my lack of LJ posting.
I proclaim innocence as my parents were first going through an "Age of Empires" phase, and have now returned to their "Starcraft" phase. This involves them sitting at the computer for roughly 5 hours in the evening yelling at each other about which aliens to kill and which strategy to employ first. I read my book. Or watch tv. And when they get off i'm too tired and go to bed. SOME of us start work at 8am and have been getting up at 5.30 to go for a walk/job (when they can be arsed).

And I can't access LJ from my comp at work 'cept in lunch break and lunch break is for lunch.

Well, here I am.
Did it not occur to you that I have NOTHING interesting to say. Of course I could sit here for a little while and dribble shit...but i think i've done about as much of that as i can for a little while.

Saw "Pirates" again today. With the girls. Hippie drove me. I loves my Hippie. Also saw it with the annoying one and her boy toy on Thurs night whilst Spammy was in Melboure with Mikey to see HOT ?French? cellist.

Have also had an ear infection for the last 4 days which has made me quite irritable and the anti-biotics my Doc gave me made me VERY sick, so I had to wait in the doctor's office for...oh, about...3 HOURS to get some more.

Made me very happy didn't it. And of course it was right in the middle of "Huck Finn" rehearsal which i'm sure Bec and Nick were VERY pleased with - especially as Pammy couldn't go either coz her number plates got stolen by some drunk little fucktards and she can't drive her car until she gets new ones. Sheesh. What is the world coming to, eh?

Pammy has just informed me that Rosie is coming down this weekend and is joining our zone 3 team on Sat night. Whoop. Of course we rule anyway, but with Rosie we will extra rule!!!
It's quite amazing how much fun it can be running around in the dark shooting people with fake laser guns!!

Work is going really well. I'm still not sick of it, amazingly. Pam is very suprised. I think she thinks I should be bored out of my skull. But no.

Oh, and we didn't lose Hockey this week. We drew 0-0. We're getting better.

In the most important news of all in our household this week, we have finally gotten broadband. No more crappy dial-up speeds. Boo-yah. Pammy now tells me that I have no excuse not to update rather frequently. I'm TRYING.

Pammy has just informed me that she loves herself. I think she means it in the best possible way. She is tres amazing. Everyone should hear her sing. Much, much love. We are sitting in the computer lab at le con where she has just totally snobbed Simon, but I give her every leave to do so because he was a total ARSE to her. Fracking classical pianists. (No Ollie, you don't count. You are awesome and are not an annoying little newbie in G.C.!!!)

Hmmm, two minutes until we need to be in Gospel Choir rehearsal. Excerpts tests tonight. How fun. I will laugh muchly at everyone who is crap!!!

I go away for a little while. ( little while = few months)

Do you know how long it took me to FIND "My LJ". *cough* Yeah, i'm actually not gonna tell you coz it's embarrassing.

So how the hell ya'll been?! A lot can happen in a month (or two).
For example, Jess decided she had had enough of working in the bakery most days of the week and was looking for a proper job. And looking, and looking, and looking. And FINALLY she got a Cert. 3 Business Traineeship which has her working full-time (like a big girl) at Aurora Energy, and absolutely loving it!!! I spend all day with a great bunch of people who are hell funny and very friendly. And i even get a kick out of the very light-hearted teasing at the hands of all the field guys. Who, by the way, are not all that bad to look at too!!! Am very stoked!!! I know i'm probably eventually going to get sick of sitting at my desk and updating EWR's or trying to track down blasted duplicate meters, but right at the mo', nothin's burstin' my bubble.

What else??
Pammy and I have been belly dancing Monday nights, which is HELL FUN.
But we may have to change to Tuesdays coz i just agreed to play Hockey with Wilson for the Uni team. She asked. I laughed. She was actually serious. I laughted again. I haven't played hockey in how long now?? Year 12 was 5 YEARS AGO. I haven't played Hockey in 5 years and am so unfit it is NOT funny. But she was desparate so i'll give it a go!!

We've also started Gospel again for the year haven't we Miss Pam!! And when we get to perform as the Disciples it totally rox my sox. But spending 3 and a half hours every Wednesday night practising songs that we know inside out, aint. Especially with all the annoying newbies. Yeah, I know. I was new once myself. But I must have totally blanked that from my mind coz tolerance level is just about non-existant. Still. We do rule muchly. And our sound is getting really groovy. Especially with Maria working us. We need to do more gigs dammit!!

Oh, Oh, Oh. Miss Hippie went and moved out of home. Moved into a house literally five minutes away from me. And i didn't find out about this for nearly a month!!! Touche I hadn't been on LJ that entire time or bothered to text her on anything, but, hello!!! You don't call. You don't write. Of course the situation has since been rectified and her new place has been inspected by Pamela and myself and approved of. And Hippie had been informed that she will now be unable to escape my incessant harrassment. There will be much coffee and really bad movies. When her DVD player is working again anyway!!!

So. I guess that's really about it for me.

I have just gone and re-read what i've written. How boring is my life. Super loser is in the house. Man i've gotta go out and get myself some excitement!!!

Oh!! I forgot about Ernest. My Nigerian stalker. Hmmm. Pammy's nearly here to take me away to her shack for the Easter Weekend so i don't have time to fill you all in. I have since decided it is a HELL FUNNY story. Not quite so amused at the time. Will post extensively about this later.

I went to Kirby's baby shower this afternoon.
Everything was so cute and pink (she's having a girl).
Everyone there was like, 22 years old and had a kid (or two).
I wanted to kidnap one and take it home with me.

I may have to go and get a pet rat as compensation for all the maternal feelings floating around everywhere.

Just saw Dreamgirls with little sis dancingxhamster, coz Michaela, and ladyfuchsia.

It. Was. Fantastic.
I cried. I do not cry in movies. My mother cries in movies, not me.
Well, occasionally, but not often.

And Jennifer Hudson was phenomenal.

I'm actually kinda speechless because I didn't expect it to be as good as it was.
I think i'm gonna go and see it again.

Just went to the movies with ladyfuchsia, uraniagc, dancingxhamster, Bec and Ollie.

We saw Beyond the Sea and i gotta say.  It's one of the best movies i've seen in a LONG time.
Kevin Spacey is magnificent in this film and can the man sing!!!

I really wanna go out and buy the soundtrack right now!!!  Granted the the time is 12:28 in the AM i may 
have a little difficulty with that but the first available opportunity, it is so mine.
